YOUR RESERVATION

Will the hotel assist me with a travel visa?
Visas can be arranged at a cost of 360 AED. This charge is non-refundable and subject to local immigration’s approval. A single-entry visa is good for 14 days. For more information or an application form, please contact the hotel directly at h5261@accor.com

How can we pay for the booking?
This will depend on the booking conditions of your reservation. If you book directly through the hotel, you will receive a secure online link to complete the transactions. If you book through a travel agency, please refer to the agent for the payment conditions of your booking.

Do you have inter-connecting rooms?
Yes, we have 132 inter-connecting rooms. However, rooms are allocated on availability. Please state your requirements at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your need.

Can I request a smoking/non-smoking room, high floor, view, etc.?
Yes, we take into consideration all our guests’ special requests. However, please note that rooms are allocated depending on availability. Please state your requirement at the time of booking, and we will do our best to meet your request.

Do I have to pay the city’s tourist tax?
Yes, it is mandatory for all domestic and foreign guests to pay the Dubai tourist tax when staying at a hotel. The tax is USD 15 per room per night.

Can I pay for my booking when I reach Dubai?
It will depend on the booking conditions of your reservation – and will be stated on your booking voucher. Please contact our office at h5261@accor.com, along with your reservation number, if you are unclear and need clarifications.

 

CHECK-IN

What is the earliest time I can check in?
The earliest time you can check in is 2pm.

What is the latest time I can check out?
The latest time you can check out is noon (12pm).

Can I extend my stay?
If you wish to extend your stay with us, please contact the reception desk before midday to see whether there is availability to extend your stay.

Can I have an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, an extra charge, and needs to be requested in advance. If you require a guaranteed early arrival or late departure, we recommend that you book an extra night.

What documents do I have to provide at check-in?
A valid ID is required at time of check-in. Per UAE law, the following documents are acceptable forms of ID:

  • Valid & original passport
  • UAE or GCC national ID

Drivers license is not considered as a valid ID. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

 

TRAVEL AND DIRECTIONS

Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, we have parking spaces available for in-house guests.

Can I pre-book a parking space?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pre-book a parking space. Parking is based on a first-come first-served basis.

Do you provide free airport shuttles?
No, we do not offer free shuttles to or from the airport. However, you can book your airport transfer through our concierge.

How do I book an airport transfer?
If you already have a reservation with us and require airport pickup or dropoff, please contact our reservations team at h5261@accor.com. You can also speak to our front office staff or concierge team at the hotel.

Can I book tours?
To book tours, we invite you to take advantage of our travel desk and concierge team for preferential rates.

 

HOTEL FACILITIES

Is there Internet access in the hotel?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, both in-room and in public areas.

Can I request an additional bed for my room?
Yes, extra beds will be provided with advance notice and on availability.

What is the size of the bed in each room?
Single bed: 90cm x 200cm
Double bed: 180cm x 200cm

Do you provide baby cots?
Yes, baby cots will be provided with advance notice and depends on availability.

Does the hotel provide towels, soap, shampoo, etc.?
Yes, each bathroom is furnished with towels, bathrobes, slippers and luxury fair trade shower & bath amenities.

Is there room service in the hotel?
Yes, the hotel provides 24 hour room service.

Do hotel rooms come with a telephone, television, safe, minibar, and tea- and coffee-making facilities?
Yes

Is there housekeeping service?
Yes, daily housekeeping is provided.

Can I smoke in the hotel room?
You may smoke in your room only if you book a smoking room. Please request a smoking room at the time of booking. It will be allocated depending on availability.

Can I smoke electronic cigarettes in the hotel?
You may smoke e-cigarettes only in designated smoking rooms.

Are travel adaptors for electrical devices provided?
Yes, you may borrow travel adapters, depending on availability. Please see the reception desk.

What facilities are provided for customers with disabilities?
The hotel offers 6 rooms for people with reduced mobility. In addition, all public spaces are wheelchair-accessible.

 

HOTEL POLICIES

Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to stay at our hotel.

Age requirement
In order to book a room, the guest making the reservation must be 18 years or older with valid photo identification. ID is required at check-in. Per UAE law, the following documents are valid forms of identification: a valid and original passport, UAE ID, or GCC national ID. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
